One ember, one finger, a cold gallery that never stops closing in. Hold to rise. Let go to fall. Never stop moving.
Hold the screen and the ember rises. Let go and it sinks. No sticks, no buttons — the whole gallery comes to you.
Your breath fires on its own at whatever's closest. Push Heat up and it hits harder — but a bright ember is a bright target.
Clear a wave and pick one of three boons offered between rounds. They burn out at the end of the descent — spend them like they're borrowed.
Even a failed run earns embers. Spend them on a nine-node tree across Body, Breath and Ember, then go back down stronger.
The last hearth failed a long age ago. Somewhere below, the Emberheart still glows — dim, not dead. You are the one spark small enough left to carry the fire back to it.
Descend through The Cold Gallery, The Sunken Kiln and the Emberheart itself. At the bottom, two endings wait — give the fire away, or keep it moving. Only one can be chosen per journey.
